CORPORATE AED PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT

This is what Shock, Inc. will do:

Site Survey:

1. Perform a detailed survey of your work site(s)

2. Help identify the risk areas of your work site

3. Determine location of AED(s) placement

4. Perform Time studies as needed

5. Perform annual review of your work site
   and make needed changes

Reporting Requirements:

1. Complete all AED reporting/registration as required by State and Local EMS authorities

Maintenance/Quality Program:

1. Develop Customized Maintenance program for your AED(s)

2. Provide Automated Client Maintenance reporting system

   1. Automatic monthly maintenance reminders

   2. Online Maintenance reporting form
       

3. Free- Post Event electrode pad replacement program

4. Post event Data retrieval and review by Shock, Inc.

   1. Manufacture-Developed “Code-Net” data reporting system

   2. Rapid feedback to Corporate Responders

   3. Data-Driven modifications to equipment deployment as identified by review
       

5. Help develop a Medical Emergency Response plan customized to your needs

6. Provide equipment up-dates as needed

7. Help develop policy and procedures

8. Review State and local laws related to AED Programs

   1. Develop a plan to implement any changes to law

Training:

1. Provide required training in the use of AED and in CPR (additional cost)

   1. Accredited AED/CPR courses approved by the American Heart Association

   2. Training provided by Shock, Inc. Employed, experienced rescuers and certified instructors

   3. Each instructor is certified by the American Heart Association
       

2. Manage CPR/AED training records

   1. Shock, Inc. will track and maintain the certification of identified responder

   2. Provide, in advance, automatic notification when employees are in need of recertification

   3. Ensure that all responders are certified and receive the latest training available

On-going Support:

1. Shock, Inc. is committed to provide continual support to ensure you are compliant with all State and Local laws.

2. A management team will always be available in the event of an emergency

   1. Each site will be assigned an representative to help manage and evaluate the success of your program

   2. Your site program coordinator will have direct access to the assigned representative

   3. Live interaction along with automated convenience is the key to your AED Programs success
